Our Team
Madhur brings in 7 years of diversified experience in auditing, accounting and business valuations at Assurance practice of Big 4 in Mumbai and has worked across various industries which includes consumer goods, metal and mining, infrastructure, construction, healthcare and cement.
He has an extensive exposure to the Indian Accounting and Auditing Standards, IFRS, ICDS, SOX/ICFR, tax and transfer pricing audits and business valuations.
His ability to understand the business environment coupled with his sound financial and accounting background has enabled him to specialize in streamlining and developing critical business processes of companies.
He was on the merit list of CA Finals examination and is a Gold medalist in Financial reporting. Currently, he is enrolled for CFA Level 3 examination.
Rajesh brings in 7 years of diversified experience which includes four years of experience in auditing and accounting at Assurance practice of Big 4 in Mumbai and three years of experience in internal audit and taxation at a reputed CA firm in Mumbai
He has rich knowledge of Income tax and GST and has vast experience in the field of accountancy, compliances, internal audits and derivative accounting along with wide hands of experience of various ERP(s) like tally, Oracle and SAP
He also has rich experience in various types of audit which includes Audit under Companies Act, Income tax Act and Co-operative societies Act.
He is also a qualified Company secretary and is involved in the areas of Company law, LLP and ROC.
Karthik brings in 6 years of diversified experience which includes two years of experience in auditing and accounting at Assurance practice of Big 4 in Mumbai, one year of experience in a Finance role at a leading logistics Company and three years of experience in tax filings, internal audits, accounting and loan syndication at a reputed CA firm in Mumbai.
He has rich experience in the field of financial planning and analysis, accountancy, Payroll solutions, tax compliances and ICFR. In addition to the above, he also assists clients in loan syndication.
